DESCRIPTION

This eclectic tribal design is exuberant and filled to the brim with added details. The cobalt blue background is woven using a blend of Tibetan wool, Chinese silk and natural nettle fibers which creates a unique texture and shine. The design motifs are a unique mix of fibers and colors to create a truly individual look and feel. The pewter and muted teal medallions are woven in bouclé wool that has been dyed using a special technique to layer in multiple hues of color. These central elements are accented by tones of periwinkle blue, grey blue, grey green and pale teal all woven in a blend of Tibetan wool, Chinese silk and natural nettle fibers. And since nothing was held back, additional areas are accented in pure Chinese silk in hues of periwinkle blue, pale green, silver and grey blue. This piece has been crafted by hand in our true 100 knot quality. color: cool mist
